I normally never leave negative reviews for coffee shops, but this place has weird service. I ordered a butter croissant, but because of my foreign accent, they thought I wanted extra butter added to it. The clerk’s tone was extremely rude, but I usually don't mind a bad attitude. However, he then said, "I don't understand a single word you are saying." I was going to clarify that I just wanted a plain croissant, but my daughter refused to eat there because the pastry display was covered in flies.

I just want to say that I had the most ma ing experience with Elma she is the light of my morning, the way she takes care of every detail when I order breakfast or a snack, she is the reason why I purchased in Zaro's . I love love when I have to order something specific for my boss she does it to perfection. I hope more people are like Elma she deserves a raise :) I hope this review gets to her because there is no other way to thank her 💖 Zaro's is lucky to have her.

I see why they have a 3.5. The food was the absolute bare minimum of what I would call food. I would charge this back if I could. I can count the seasonings on the "everything" bagel. The egg they gave me must have come from a chick, I didn't know that was possible. At first I thought my sandwich didn't have bacon, but surprise, there was 2, 1 inch pieces on the other side! They couldn't even be bothered to add salt and pepper, and couldn't even do the bare minimum of giving me a packet of mayo like I asked, just ketchup. Don't waste your money here, every other place there is a better option and I severely regret my purchase.

Warm, yummy, and not overly toasted plain bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. Same with the croissant version (all day breakfast). Fair priced and friendly attentive workers. Thanks guys! Would go again, cheesecake and carrot cake look delish!
